Dear parents,

As we fight against the COVID-19 epidemic, we have decided to be proactive and listen to our public health officials in our community.

Since individuals without symptoms can still transmit the virus without even being aware, we believe that it would be socially irresponsible of us to continue operating the same way. Even though we have taken extraordinary cleaning measures at our facility, we do not want to put all our children at unnecessary risk of contracting or transmitting the virus.

With that in mind, we have decided to significantly limit our operations effective Tuesday March 17th through April 5th.

We have put together "Arts/Crafts/Toy" gift packages that we can deliver to your homes to keep your little ones active in the next 2-3 weeks. These packages can be delivered for free within a 5-mile radius of our location. Check out this link.

Playtime and Classes

Starting Tuesday we are suspending playtime and classes until April 6th. We will update you as this changes.


We are putting a pause on all our membership auto-renewals.

Your card on file will not be charged until our operations are back to normal hours.
If your card was recently charged, we will offer you an extension on your membership deadline for the balance of the days remaining after we are back to normal operations.


You can continue booking birthdays online for future dates. For those of you that have birthdays booked between March 17th and April 6th, we are offering 2 different options:

Reschedule to a date in the future:
We will help you find a better time in a few weeks without any cancellations fees.

Ask for a refund:
Even though our cancellation policy requires a 14-day advanced notice for any refunds, we have decided to do the right thing for our clients in these unforeseen circumstances. If you prefer to get a refund of your deposit, we will offer you a refund. We hope that our community supports us the same way after our operations are back to normal.
